As well as writing, I like to do photography when and where I can. The types of photographs I like to take are abstract, landscapes and macro. I like to capture textures, tones and shapes. I like to cover many different possibilities so have a variety of lenses, but my favourite one is probably the 60mm one, though I would like a fixed wide prime lens at some point (something between 24mm and 30mm). All of my lenses are compact enough to be useful for travel, including my telephoto one.
Canon EOS 60D
Sigma 17-70mm DC Macro OS HSM (general purpose walk-around, the ‘OS’ stabiliser doesn’t seem to work, but I got it with the camera)

Tokina 11-16mm Pro DX II (wide angle, architectural)
Canon EF-S 60mm Macro (macro, walk-around)
Canon EF 70-300mm DO IS USM (telephone zoom, landscape, nature)
